This beautiful Kelly green blouse has been sitting on the hanger in my closet for so long that it actually has marks! (See photos). I have never worn it however I have worn the powder blue (also for sale) multiple times. The color is stunning, the lace detail and puff sleeves add a feminine flair, and the lightweight material makes is very comfortable. Pairs great with a Jean jacket and dress pants.
