@truittclan Hello! It's like a spandex, scuba stretch type material. It's perfect for working out or playing sports. I measured the shorts at 21 1/2 inches. The skirt is looking enough that it completely covers the shorts. It's a very modest length. Let me know if you have any other questions!

@alejsid2607 I wear a 8-10 skirts depending on the brand or fit. I can still fit into this skirt but still more snug than I prefer. Hope that helps!
