bellasoto She's totally a rip off! Charging 55 for a 10$ suit? What the heck! And if u bought from paypal thru goods and services then yes u can submit a claim an say why, and they will investigate and give u a refund! But if u send it thru fam and friends (as she told a lot of ppl to do so) then I'm afraid u lost ur money :(
