As long as I had this purse and used it even took pictures with it, and up until I boxed it and shipped it out, every poece of it was intact and the purse was in one piece. I am very confused and don't understand why all of a sudden after hanging in your closet for some days, the handles would become lose?! It just doesnt make sense!!!? How come everything was intact once u received it originally?!
