@pokerbugg hi! I normally wear 7.5 but I can do an 8 depending on the shoe. Normally, for pointy toe pumps and sneakers I wear a 8 my feet are M. These felt fine but after a few minutes of wear they slipped off my heel. I personally think these are true to size.
