annalee6780 @chloecolette07 Let me send you some measurements on the width. I should be home tomorrow afternoon. I absolutely would say they should fit but I would rather you feel comfortable with the sizing. They are brilliant boots. The other vintage Frye cowboy boots are without a doubt a narrow cut but these are not. I won’t accept your offer until you look over the measurements. Let me know if I can help with anything else.

annalee6780 @chloecolette07 These are from the late 70s. Are you sure? Length will be the same but width may vary. During this time period, these boots were hand sewn and assembled in the US. If you are good with this information, I’ll accept. If not, I’ll hold until you see the measurements.

ch10esc10set @annalee6780 hi no rush just wanted to let you know for reference that i measured and my shoes measure roughly 12 inches in length including a bit of the sole chunk and 3-4 in wide from the outside :)

annalee6780 @chloecolette07 I have the width at 3.5 inches if I measure from the sole stitching to the sole stitching and 3 and 9/16th if I measure the entire sole, so just a bit shy of 4 inches across. Your info is correct. The length is 11 inches. Thanks for your patience. I am dealing with an extra family member this week and everything is taking me longer than I think it will! Sorry for the delayed response.

ch10esc10set @annalee6780 thank you the width sounds perfect - do you mean the insole taken out of the boot measures 11 in? or the whole length of the boot including a bit of the sole chunk measures 11. I took out the insole of a pair of shoes and it measures about 11 1/4 in

annalee6780 @chloecolette07 I cant take the sole out due to it being part of the boot. I measured from the inner stitching. Because the bottoms are leather and hand stitched, I can see the lines of the inner sole. I measured between the stitching and I measured the full distance across. For the 3rd measurement of length, I used the inner stitching of the toe to the back of the boot.

annalee6780 @chloecolette07 (2/2 Reply) It is a perfect 11 inches. I wear an 11 to 12, depending on maker, and my foot measures 10 and 3/4 inches. I measured my foot tonight by standing on a ruler and I leaned forward. So, I am not sure. I am worried that with boot socks, they might be a tad short.

annalee6780 @amaka_ They really are beautiful! They are comfortable and I have worn both boot socks in the winter and thin socks in the spring. Would you like for me to put an insole in and see how the fit is? The bottoms are all leather and the heels are wood. So, both are shock absorbing. I really wish Frye still made their boots like this.
