erikaalex7 @mrdvs1 I have thin ankles as well. The picture of just the feet wearing the heels are actually my feet. The ankle straps have three different size settings and I use the biggest. Let me try to measure the strap

erikaalex7 @mrdvs1 the ankle strap on the biggest notch measures 11.5 inches. On the second notch it would measure approx 10.75 inches on the smallest notch it would measure approx 10 inches. I hope this helps. 😊
