Heel height 120mm.
Comes with original box.
Only worn once for a couple of hours and it was mostly on carpet as you can see from the picture of bottom of the sole, there is barely any wear. It’s in fantastic condition. There is some residual glue-like mark on the arch of one of the shoes but is hardly visible (see picture).

What's the fit like? Does it fit like a true 7 or like a CL 7 since CL usually runs a bit small?

@acoffeebreak I am a true size 7 and this one fits me perfectly. And you are correct usually Louboutin’s run about half a size to a full size small depending on the style or if it’s a boot but the Toerless Muse ran true to size for me.
