@zederiawilson17 The email I use is; usacareservice@contact.louisvuitton.com This is the email I always send my pictures to. In the subject line I make sure to state “Speedy For Repair” or whatever bag I am sending in. They do take a week or two to respond, sometimes sooner. Hope that helps!

No there isn’t a LV repair chat room BUT you can always call the 800 number and chat with one of the reps and they can try to give you status. I have a pochette out for repair that they are working on right now and they’ve had it since 11/2021. Repairs are taking about 14-16 weeks. I also sent in a trousse 19 for a zipper repair and they haven’t touched it yet. I’ll be calling for status on that one!😀

@zederiawilson17 😂 it’s an expensive hobby so I only buy what I know I will use and now I’ve sold items I’ve had repaired but doesn’t make sense for me to have! I have a souple 35 that I just got quote for… $900🙈 however, I’m going to have to think that one through! 🙃

@zederiawilson17 hahah! I try to be thorough and do videos I would have wanted to see when I first got started! I have a couple more I have to add…a couple fails🙈I also like to use local shops & leatherworks people on bags that have already been altered that I know LV won’t touch.

@arbeeheartslv yes it is expensive but it’s sooooo satisfying lol and in my case still less than a brand new bag and I actually prefer the vintage monogram bags. I cannot get over how beautiful your Alma turned out this is the whole reason I decided to have mine repaired. I loved it with the black paint but I would prefer brand new vachetta. If you find any speedy 25s worth repairing please tag me I’m having a hard time finding a reasonably priced one with no cracking.

That’s the one I repaired and sold.
