transversoul @_vytran I believe it would. It just wouldn't be super tight around the waist. I'm a 25 and 5'4" and it's just a little bit too short for me but I would've kept it if it was an inch or two bigger so that it could sit lower on my waist instead of at my belly button. It really all depends on how you'd like it to fit!
