@shopsociete hello! These measurements are taken with the pants laying flat, waist - 13”, rise - 13”, hips - 18.5”, inseam - 26.5”. I did not see a content label on the pants but i added a picture of whatever labels were on the pants

@shopsociete definitely a cotton mixture of sort. Its soft, but still retains its shape throughout wears.
