aprylpurses @thescarlett I was simply giving you a good view of all that I am sending you. I said that I was adding more to what was originally pictured. And it is always good to have someone that buys from me very happy - It is important to me & it has helped bring in a few other customers by word of mouth 😉. I also mentioned that I would like to mail tomorrow, as I have a package going out tom. And today being my daughter's bday, it would be great if I could wait to mail yours till tomorrow.

bundleitplease ya know I wasn't gonna say anything but this morning gettn into another dried up eyeliner really pissed me off. .not only are the eye liners dried up..1 purple nail polish broke in shipping the others except the graffiitti wont mix...I could have got a better deal going to the dollar store myself, in comparing pictures the only extra u added was fingernail polish.you made this deal seem way better then it is by far I am not happy! totally disapointed,you say your an honest women then why did you misrepresent what u are selling.i spend a lot of money on posh this is the first time I have been ripped off and completely unhappy,,theres your feedback.I will be writing posh later today!

aprylpurses @bundleitplease Okay, I checked in a few times to ensure all was okay. I packaged those as much and as best as I could. You saw for yourself. I was in no way ripping you off. Wow. I want ppl to be happy and you can look at every order I have done and I have never had issues. Ever. I included a lot more than the original pictures. Would never send crap knowing someone would come back like this. I had not used the eyeliners so I was unaware they were dry. I could have checked. 38 pieces is a good deal but obviously you are unhappy. So report it to Posh and ship the makeup back and I am happy to refund you your money. Again, I did follow up a few times so unless I know there are issues, I cannot try to resolve. I am happy to work through Posh in getting this fixed.

bundleitplease I already paid 13.00 to have this sent once,you are completely out of your mind if you think this is somehow my responsibility, and the hassle,expence ect to ship stuff that belongs in the garbage...how much more are you trying to soak out of this make-up another shipping then u resale it again..pretending not to know unreal

aprylpurses @bundleitplease Is it necessary to talk to me like this?? Seriously. We will get it resolved. I do want all of the "garbage" back. I will send you the shipping fees for it. Please. This is the first you have contacted me and you released the $ to me so that tells me it was okay. I tried twice to reach you so it is not like I just disappeared and have been avoiding you. But gargage reference us out of line. You clearly saw what iI was sending. How was I to know nail polish was broken? I packaged it up like crazy! I have no control over that. But a few dried up eye liners and a few non-mixing nail polishes hardly means this entire order was garbage. I get being frustrated. I do. And I am sorry you had a bad experience. This is my first time having anyone have issues with my stuff so I am shocked and taken back by your being so attacking. But I need to see this makeup because I will throw out what is not usable and hold onto the many pieces that are perfectly fine. Not refunding you and not getting it back. That doesn't make any sense. I emailed Posh alerting them that you were unhappy and what do I do from here. I can paypal you the $ to ship it back. I have no problem doing that. But pls don't come at me like I am this shady person because that is way out of line. Crap happens. I did not check the eyeliners. My mistake. But not sure how much More I could have done on the shipping part. I did the best I could. Stuff breaks. It happens. I am sorry it did. Why did you not alert me when you got it that it had happened? It's been a week. So I am willing to work this out. But pls stop with being this way towards me. Please.
