hawaiianinhlywd @windyharris35 so I finally got a response from posh that makes more sense, although doesn't solve our little shipping issue...this is what they sent: "if you drop the price, then raise it back up, then drop it again, the price drop feature is not applicable. In regards to the shipping promotion, this is not offered for every price drop. The shipping promotion is based on complex algorithms and cannot be predicted. So when you drop a price, there is a 50/50 chance that there will be a discount on shipping. " :((( so not sure if you still want to purchase after all this. I do have another interested buyer, but I will save for you if you do still want it! Shipping only would have saved another $2, so if you want to meet in the middle, I can drop another $ to 29 for you...lmk...I understand either way:))
