bluechuchu @jacqui_n i would say it is perfect for 50-60 degree weather if you wear it by itself :) im not home at the moment but i can measure it for you when i get home :)

bluechuchu @jacqui_n It is more loose. it is a bit loose on me since i am a small and this is a PM. I am 5'6 and about 140 lbs. I will definitely measure everything for you when i get home :)
