bensonhurst @montre71 What's good about Brahman is that they stand behind their product. I've even sent a few of my straps to their headquarters to have extra holes punched in. Their holes have a little slit on the hole so the rivet fits in. Very unique design. If you buy one make sure you buy their conditioner; it really preserves the leather. I'll leave posting up for a while and see how it goes.

pstephenson Hi, thank you so much for checking on me after my surgery. It was just excruciating!!!! It took five hours to compete.....I'm still recovering. So far the only improvement that I've seen is getting the feeling back in 4 fingers! Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled with that....I'm like a baby who's just discovered their hands for the first time! But, the burning in my neck and back is just awful! Hopefully things will improve soon. I just haven't even felt up to shopping (that's bad)! I'll be back to it soon I hope. Thanks again for thinking of me - p

bensonhurst @pstephenson I'm sorry to hear that you went through all this. Hopefully things will get better over time. Meanwhile distract yourself with browsing Posh, no need to actually buy anything but its fun to read the threads with all the comments. I do this all the time. There is s group of posher a I communicate with regularly. And by the way this Louise Rose has been on eBay has a lot if bids and hopefully will hit reserve in a few days. The Red Brahmin I had here went over reserve in 2 days while on posh no one even liked it. Take care and keep I'm touch.

And there's also a black one that's just smooth leather, not croc print. I wish I could afford the black leather one and a croc print one lol I'm gunna need to buy a wallet still too :/

bensonhurst @jlbrass I also have mine on eBay on BIN for retail is $345; it's priced the way it is bc it's NWT. Other one on ebay preowned with wear on the corners and stains inside went for 192.50 plus 9 shipping. The ppl for this one would be 15% less and shipping would be included. I've collected Brahmins bc they are a local MA company and you get a pretty good value for the price point; extremely well made and hold their resale value. It's going to be hard to get a matching wallet for this one bc it's discontinued. Best place to buy or sell is on eBay. I just sold two there. If you are interested I can send you an invoice.

jlbrass Okay well, like I said, I can't buy it RIGHT NOW either way. If it's $300 or $100. BUT maybe I'll be able to sell my LV wallet and be able to afford it sooner. Check out this model Brahmin on eBay and you'll see the different prices. Some higher, some lower. I do think it's a good deal though if it's really brand new with tags attached and no defects anywhere. You didn't reattach the tag or anything, did you? Has the bag ever been used? A few times is okay, just wanting to know because I paid $145 for tory burch sandals that she said were new and so I repeated back in question form 2 more times, "so, they are still new/new condition?" And she said yes, that she only wore them around the house a few times. And then I receive them, and the sole was totally worn where the pattern was worn off in the shape of a foot. And she deleted her posh account and didn't reply to any emails :/ So I'm sorry, just confirming to be safe

When I took it out again I realized how ridiculous I looked with such a big bag. I'm 5' 2" with small frame just didn't work for me. I can send you pics if the edges etc if you are serious buyer.

jlbrass Absolutely, wouldn't have you send pics etc until the finances were readily available. Don't want to waste anyone's time. Plus, there's nothing more obnoxious than when a posher asks for measurements, then asks for additional pics, and then just stops responding or says, "I'm just 'liking' things for now" or even worse, when they then ask if you'll sell the item for $__ and you say "yea, sure that works for me" and then they disappear. I am definitely super interested. I wanted to trade my one and only LV for an LV Trevi because I just love the design of the bag. But now with some very large, unexpected expenses, I may have to just sell the bag 😔 Which means I might as well sell the wallet too. Sorry for my novel length message. But anyway, hopefully you will still have the bag when I have the $$. It's not something a ton of people are looking to buy, but it is a good deal for a brand new bag. I'll be keeping in touch!

bensonhurst @jlbrass don't worry about sending messages; from the length of this thread you can see I don't mind at all. I know what it feels like to be obsessed about getting a particular handbag; if you still want it after 2 weeks then you know it's meant to be. This Brahmin might be a good match for you; it's a perfect color to wear with jeans and a little bit bigger than the Trevi pm but not quite the size of a GM. If you keep it nice (I'm completely OCD about all my handbags and my hobby is restoring vintage) you'll be able to resell it when you get bored with it. Keep in touch😄

bensonhurst @jlbrass I think the bag will be sold in a couple of hours when the auction ends. I forgot I had set reserve at 180 (lower bc buyer pays shipping; bag is 4.5lbs).
