Overall good condition for an older piece. handles have browned, and the zipper pull leather has ripped, but the zipper works just fine. Corners are good, as is the canvas. The inside is fairly clean. This bag is probably about 12 years old. The lock is still attached and the number is #317. In addition, the zipper pull that ripped - I still have the leather bit in case you have a way to reattach it. Ask any questions, and I created multiple listings in my closet w/ additional pics!

@jgamblesings I believe it's just faded. Both the inner leather bits have makes on them. One looks like the factory code, the other a number? But yea, when you research you have look at how LV does the dates for older models. Also, from what personal experience I have.. It's totally really. Although I bought this one used, it was my third speedy! I also had an alma at one point and en epi pouchette! :)

@sheilab234 it is 100% authentic and it isn't actually broken. The zipper opens and closes fine, just the little leather part ripped. I think a bag repair place should be able to correct it pretty inexpensively.

@coanden this is a great bag, and made better than the new stuff they pump out lately. For example, the leather on this can be cleaned up and it would be good as new. The canvas is in great condition for an older piece.
