Gorg light blue dress from PLT! Worn 1x. Features high neck design, intricate lace fabric & tiered shape, add a pair of strappy heels to finish the look. Style is VERY similar to a SELF PORTRAIT dress. Sleeves were originally long (pictured) I cut them b/c I wore it on a hot summer day. personally I think the dress looks better with short sleeves.
