shopluxwithmoi @annatrangabriel hi dear so sorry that you were not satisfied. I did take all the picture front, back and corner and strap as you see here. I took all in both natural lightening and artificial lightening.The strap didn't have loose thread when I sent out. I also went to cosignment shop to ask for their opinion on bag condition and value before I sent in. They said it's very good to good. It has normal wear and rub. There were no loose thread mentioned by evaluator or I didn't see it either.

I didn't see the loose thread the time was in my hand since I only used 2 times, I took care of it properly with my other dust bag in a dry closet as well. Evaluator also checked inside and she didn't mention anything that time may be they missed out on it? You probably got a lot better eyes than them!

shopluxwithmoi @annatrangabriel I have called leather spa in New York and NJ and they all said they can polish up for sure. I just didn't feel there was a need to polish but if you could find a leather spa I believe they will be able to polish to excellent condition. So sorry to cause you trouble.
