Chime-o-Matic by Hitachi Works like a dream and will for many years to come if taken care of Being a Cajun I remember my MawMaw always having a cooker exactly like this one (yellow) Seems like it was never empty and ready for rice and gravy, crawfish étouffée, sauce pica, or whatever she had planned for LUNCH She cooked 3 meals a day and they always included rice We never fooled with potatoes always rice and ALWAYS in the rice cooker 8.3 cup capacity 12”x10.5”H 67” cord A small spot of surface rust keeps this from being in perfect condition
