Steve Van Doren, owner of Vans, personally had this matching set made for himself and the president of VF Corp, Eric Wiseman. VF Corp acquired Vans in 2004, thus saving the company from bankruptcy at the time. This is Eric’s pair for sale here, as confirmed by Steve. Steve still owns his pair (and they are not for sale). Note Steve’s pair & quote in Vogue magazine. One shoe mostly - stains, cracking, and discolored glue can be found sporadically. All things considered, a solid 7.5 condition.
