Fabric is very unique, it has a shine to it, and has kind of a wavy, woodgrain-like design etched into it. You won't find a lot of things like this, very original. It says its size 10, but it'd probably fit a small/medium. In excellent condition, barely worn. Measurements (taken laying flat): Waistband - 14 inches Hips - 19 inches Length - 26 inches
