SOLD! Vintage 60’s/70’s Maxi Dress

I’m pretty sure this dress brought the sun out today. The most stunning vintage spring dress I’ve ever seen! Handmade 60’s/70’s maxi dress with ruffle bottom and flutter sleeves. There is one little mark on the back of the dress that is shown in the last picture. Fits M/L best, but because of the tie waist it can be made smaller.
