A lovely velvet tunic by PASSION CONCEPTS! It's a beige color with cream colored lace throughout the tunic. The center of the tunic has a beautiful bead and crystal adornment. Made of 60% polyester/40% cotton. The material does have a bit of stretch to it. Fully lined (even the full length of the arms is lines!). Size medium. NWT!!

savvy_sista @hollynoel25 Ok! It measures "flat" as follows: Bust 17" (just above the empire lace) Waist 16.5" (below the empire lace) Hips 19 (widest part at the bottom of the tunic blouse). I hope this helps! It is gorgeous, fully lined (even the sleeves), velvety and NWT! Let me know if you have any other questions. ☺️
