SOLD V Neck Button Down Ruffle Dress

Cute and trendy Brick red Color dress! It’s brand new and never worn, loose fit. I ordered it from an online Boutique but wasn’t allowed for returns. It fit too small for my liking and too long. The tag says XL but I believe it runs small, more like a regular Large. But since it’s supposed to be loose fit I believe someone who’s a Medium will also fit in this dress and have that loose fit look!
