From the Tiffany & Co. store in Portland, OR. Sterling silver bracelet with heart, does not say "Return to Tiffany". Some scratches from general wear and storage in my jewelry box. I just don't wear it anymore, and thought someone else could enjoy! Comes with original Tiffany blue pouch. (The necklace was previously for sale but has been sold, just the bracelet is still available.)
