b_lutzweiler @awhit14 Thanks for your interest. Non-stretched it's roughly 15 1/2 flat across the waist area and roughly 16 1/2 across the hip area. That being said, there is definitely stretch. I would recommend this dress to someone who typically wears XS or size 0-2. Hope that helps some!
