Handles with 5" drop. 12" (L)x 71/2" (H) x 4 1/2" (W) 🔴 strap for shoulder wear is missing, it has make up marks and pencil marks inside the bag it need to be cleaned, other than that the bag is in good shape. Outside is clean, no marks or rips. Price reflects condition🔴
