emoxie15 @montanab1994 of course! I have a 26.5" waist - I have an hour glass figure with slightly wider hips and this dress fit me like a glove. I added the size chart for Shona Joy in the pictures and I would say it's very true to size. Size 4 could fit someone with 26-27.5in waist I would say.
