I'll have to send the CD in a separate envelope because it's stuck in my friend's laptop lol. It's a great addition bc it has more than 4k questions. I hope this is ok w you. I'm a little OCD and put tabs in the book for easier location of topics by chapter. I'll keep them on for you unless you want me to remove them lol. Thanks again.
