Brand new! Parade items don’t come with tags, but I will send this in the original packaging. I bought two sizes, went with the smaller one, and then waited too long to return this one. I’m a 36A (not included on the size chart) and felt that this size was just a bit looser on my chest than I’d like. If you go by the size chart, it should be true-to-size.
