ednaaziez @lazysuzyq there is but I'm not sure how you do it on your end I just accepted an offer on another purchase and they gave me the $4.99 shipping. I think you have to discount the price or do a counter offer? maybe if you discounted it $0.50 that might give you the option to change the shipping amount. I've only seen it done for $7.99 and $4.99 only.
