greyscloset Hello Mari! I would describe the fabric thickness to be three times thicker than a windbreaker. As the manufacture designed it to keep the elements such as….Fourteen degrees Celsius (is considered cool, but not extremely cold) hope this helps….@mcfancypants

greyscloset @mcfancypants - the positive reviews from Torrid.com are all from cold states i.e, Chicago, Connecticut, Virginia, etc. Sadly they are Sold Out😫
