faith_and_nate @thriftylilmama It is a forgotten art! Except, we’re super lucky. We live in an Amish community, so we get to see them doing things the ACTUAL way farming used to be done. Mules, plows, straw hats and very hard work. And, we can get our hands on the freshest produce and veggies around! We also have a large dairy farm down the street. It’s an awesome place to live!

faith_and_nate @thriftylilmama For sure. And extremely over priced. I was floored when I realized what the Amish sell their goods for. You can’t get a better deal! If you’re ever in Tennessee, look up Ethridge. It’s a large Amish community and you can take buggy tours, etc. You would probably love it!
