xomaegan Hi, I'm sorry to say but I just received the shoes and a part of the strap is actually broken off. Also there are some minor scuffs but you said there were no defects and haven't been worn. I would like to return them or at the least receive a portion of my money back to make up for the damage. I'd appreciate it, thank you!

xomaegan Sorry for the confusion, it's not the strap but the little ring that the strap goes through. And it's on the left shoe. The picture with the strap shown is the right shoes that is perfectly fine. But yes, I'll be returning asap. Thank you :)
