sofitel11 @supastarangie No one has access (or info to log in) to that account! It was used once, few yrs ago!! But you can cancel!! I've had someone else doing same thing a while ago, she called in and cancel it! Otherwise, the $ will be just sitting there, no one will ever claim it!

supastarangie I have called 3x now and they will not issue the cancel. I had to submit. A dispute and it has to be refunded by the account holder. The account holder can call and issue the refund if they do not have access to the account.

supastarangie I called again, They said that u can call and say that u want to issue the refund and they will do it right away. If not, it will take 7 days to issue the refund.
