SOLD! Never been worn! Pencil skirt Dress with removable belt

No tags, but never been worn adorable dress. The pencil skirt is stretchy and is a conservative length. The sleeves are a cute puff with an elastic band around the wrists. The matching belt is removable but really compliments the dress. The key hole neck is a classy touch! It zips up in the back. I like that the top is more giving with a looser fit than the skirt, which again, is stretchy! Smoke free home. I bought it because i thought it was adorable! But i never had an opportunity to wear it so Im hoping someone can enjoy it!!!
