Beautiful and fun Flowy Green dress from Urban Outfitters. New with tags. 100% Polyester- Pins & Needles Brand. Dress is layered with a fitted bottom layer & a top layer that drapes over front and back down to the sides. Very pretty shade of green! LOVE it but it's a little too small for me. 😐 Length is 33" from top of straps to bottom of dress & 23" from underarm to bottom. Questions are welcome! 😊
