fromnycwithlove @missolivia27 Hi there! The whole skirt is one type of stretchy fabric, and it’s a fitted shape like a pencil skirt. I’d say it hits at the natural waist, but depending on body type and height, it might fit a little differently? Not sure if that answers your question. It’s such a cool skirt. 🙂
