My pre-pregnancy size was XS or 0. I feel this dress would also fit a pre-pregnancy size 2. My hips are approximately 35 inches in the photos but I feel this dress would comfortably fit hips 34-37. If your hips are smaller than 34 inches around the widest point it may be a little looser around your butt.
