Like new. My daughter is not in school yet so they were just basically worn in the house before she outgrew them. Never worn outside. There is no visible dirt on them and they pretty much look new. They do not tie and the laces are just for show. There is a Velcro closure. The size tag wore off but is definitely size 9W in toddler /little kid size. Reasonable offers welcome!
