@sasolaka honestly I'm not sure. I'm not good at tracking my milage. I usually run in my shoes for about 3 months and put 10-15 miles a week. I could tell you that I don't use my shoes for anything else but running. These are retired shoes and I no longer wear them.

@sasolaka lol... well if your an avid runner you probably should. Even though that means I won't make a sale. These are great shoes but I would recommend them for the average workouts and light runs.
