carsonamberbroo Because of the empire waist and halter top, I think it could definitely fit a medium. I added more pictures to help you see this, but the empire waist has elastic to give it some stretch. I wear a 34C in bras, but because of how the elastic it could stretch out to at least 36 inches, and the halter ties at the neck so it could fit a range of cup sizes depending on how much cleavage you're comfortable with.
