@christycccc there are 4 pockets inside for cell phones and whatnot and one zipper pocket. The inside is lined so you only see the holes on the outside. It's not like you'll walk around with stuff falling out or anything. Haha

@nylove_180 the only damage is at the base of the shoulder straps. Still able to carry it from shoulder straps (which are detachable) but this bag is best carried from the handles due to its size.

@triiniity right! The shoulder strap is still useable, just the bottom seam I guess has come apart. Handles are in perfect condition.
