@alisbaby Ok, so basically we have two options right now. I can file the insurance to refund to you or file it to refund to me and just process a refund for you through paypal. I'm really sorry this is happening. It's pretty ridiculous. I feel even worse because it was supposed to be a Christmas present and now you're stuck.
