Can be unbuttoned to your liking, gorgeous ruffled sleeves, perfect length, not too loose nor tight. Cream color. This may even be brand new, as it looks that way. I bought from a previous posher so I don't remember, but I haven't worn since I purchased. This was a total impulse buy for me because it was such a great price and so elegant looking that I had to buy. Selling only because I really don't have anywhere to wear it to. Usually at home in sweats with 2 kids lol
