indyvin @goodvibess01 Hi there, I just saw your question. So sorry! Yes this would fit a waist 28 inches that’s my size :-). The material is snug right after washing and loosens up a bit with Wear. :)

indyvin @goodvibess01 I also just realize there’s no picture of the top of the pants. They have a cotton Lycra Waist line. I will take a photo and upload, so that you can see :-)

indyvin @goodvibess01 I went ahead and uploaded more photos with the waist hips and inseam measurements. Just to give you a sense on a body, I am 5”6” and they are too long for me :-) Unless I wear those ridiculously high platform sandals LOL

indyvin @goodvibess01 The ham of the pants is a surged edge, which I intentionally left, for the deconstructed hippie look of it all :-) I would however be happy to hem Them if you would like a shorter pant :-)
