is the top loose? I am looking for an oversized look and I am about a size14 , do u this it would fit loosely ?

To be honest it all depends on your body type. When I first bought it was loose. Not anymore I've gain weight but it fits me still. Material 96% Rayon 4% spandex. Nice slinky material
