dinasabrine @702mom I just posted a picture of it you'll have to excuse my messy hair :) I've never worn it besides trying it on in the store and just now for the picture. None of the gems have fallen out and I don't think this is adjustable it's an elastic band attached at the end so I'm sure if you needed it smaller or bigger you could easily just change the elastic. Hope this helps :)
