cma23 @kimdegidio28 I'm pretty sure it's surgical stainless steel. I should also say that I've never worn it - never taken it out of it's little box either, but I did open the box. Dunno if that matters, just figured I'd put it out there :)

forsythiathrift okay well i just got mine done and they used the really plain boring one but my piercer said if i found a safe one he would change it for me before i'm actually supposed to so i'll call tomorrow and ask if that metal is okay :)

cma23 @kimdegidio28 I got mine done sometime in the fall :) I didn't remember the metal, but I just looked it up online, so I'm pretty positive that's what it is. It should be okay, but definitely check with your piercer and let me know! :)
