This item is sold NWT - new with tags. Straight leg denim shorts. 100% cotton (no stretch) Criss-cross waist. High waist. Distressed detail. The model and I are both wearing a US 2. I would consider myself a true US 2 and the model is likely a US 0. I think these shorts would best fit someone who is a US 0 if you are going for the oversized look like on the model.
